States we don't cover (and why)

Some state lotteries don't publish enough data — full per‑game prize tiers, counts remaining, and odds — to rank fairly. We leave those out rather than show misleading numbers:

• Pennsylvania: publishes only the top 6 prizes remaining — no full prize breakdown or odds
• Georgia: feed omits overall odds and total tickets printed
• Massachusetts: doesn't publish per-tier prizes remaining
• Michigan: mixes online instant-win with physical scratchers; physical data not separable
• Indiana: publishes only the larger prizes per game — the low break-even tiers are omitted, so returns can't be computed fairly
• Colorado: publishes the full launch prize structure and odds, but only the top prizes remaining — without per-tier counts left, current (vs. launch) value can't be computed
• West Virginia: publishes only game-level data (price, overall odds, top prize) — no per-tier prize breakdown or counts remaining
• Nebraska: publishes the launch prize structure but only the top prizes remaining — no full per-tier counts left
• Wisconsin: publishes overall odds and total/remaining top prizes only — no per-tier prize breakdown

What makes this different

• Current odds, not launch odds. As big prizes get claimed, a game's real value shifts. We recompute from what's actually remaining.
• Value over hype. A game with great "any‑prize" odds can still be a poor buy if most wins just return your money. We surface the games most likely to actually pay.
• Updated daily, with the date shown. Every page tells you when it was last refreshed.
